DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

Our experienced team of engineers design all of our high pressure vessels, pressure testing systems and pressure & temperature control systems at our UK based manufacturing centre in Grange-Over-Sands. Using the latest Autodesk software packages, we can offer standalone vessels and accessories or fully integrated packages for pressures up to 3000 bar. All designs are appraised by a notified body to ensure compliance to a range of vessel codes and standards.

PRODUCTION

Brimstone’s production facility is equipped to deliver a range of high pressure vessel and pressure test equipment solutions. Our supply chain partners manufacture components in compliance with industry standards and quality control plans. Full traceability is provided as standard in addition to the minimum requirements of the relevant regulations. Brimstone coordinate with notified bodies for inspection of materials and manufacturing processes in accordance with industry standards. Proof testing is conducted at a third-party laboratory with an approved witness.

INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING

All pressure systems are delivered to our customers where our team of engineers will conduct installation, commissioning tests and training. We provide ongoing support to our customers to provide maintenance, inspection and upgrades where required.
